Our all urethane replacement bars absorb shock and help protect the belt from cutting and tearing.  Our 3" x 4" bars are molded with an extruded aluminum T-channel and are offered in various lengths up to 12'.  18" is our most popular size, but 6' and 8' are also quite common.  These Bars are made from our 83A compound which is very resilient and offers the best protection against impact and abrasion. 

This our 18" Impact Bar with the aluminum T-channel molded in.  The ends are beveled so there are no sharp corners.
